The Center for Student Missions has a wonderfully informative website with well over 25,000 page-views per month, but it was a bit dated and needed a fresh coat of paint. By creating a design consisting of a new layout, an updated color-scheme, and more breathing-room, we were able to give CSM’s many visitors a wonderfully improved experience.
On the back-end, we completely rewrote the markup and CSS, and as a result, we were able to cut nearly every web page’s file-size in half.
In. Half.
Think about how happy that makes their visitors, their web-server, and the tubes of the Internet.
Additionally, the staff member who is responsible for updating the website—Hi, Sarah!—now spends far less time trudging through old table-based markup and, thanks to the template system we provided, can now make site-wide changes, quickly and easily.
